1956 Teapot Carburetor

Recommended Posts

There are LOTS of different teapot carburetors; some more common than others.

Depending on scarcity and desirability, prices can range from "not as much as I expected" to "HOW MUCH?????"

The "LIST" number on the base identifies the carburetor.

The complete "LIST" string has meaning, both to application, AND price.

Examples:

R-1161-A will be higher than R-1161-1A or R-1161-2A

Don't expect to find any R-1434-A, R-1437-A, R-1536-A, or R-1599-A at the prices in the previous post to this one. There are others in this category, but this early, functioning on only one cup of coffee, and don't remember the numbers.
