JohnD1956
From the Riviera page here : https://forums.aaca.org/topic/363391-dick-sweeney-passing/?tab=comments#comment-2222012 Dick was a member of the BCA Board for a long time. I believe it was 12 years due to being appointed several times to fill vacancies caused by resignations. Dick was a good guy, and I send my condolences to his family on their loss.

Barney Eaton
I first met Dick in 2003 when we shared a room at Hershey.... it was our first Board meeting. Very quiet but intelligent and would jump in and help with anything. I was unaware he was ill, and it is a surprise to hear this news. RIP
dship
I knew Dick well but did not know he had fallen sick. We would sit and talk at each ROA National that we attended...especially the Monterey, CA meet. He was a very interesting guy and owned a beautiful bamboo cream '65 Riviera GS. Am very sorry for his family's loss.

Y-JobFan
The BCA is quickly losing the old guard from its heyday.
Barney Eaton
Just in May I was notified of 2 tech advisors that have passed ( not including Sweeney) and I lost a very good friend that never smoked from lung cancer..... caused by asbestos and he never worked around asbestos.
