The car seems to be kept original and the car looks great. However the black painted wheels and the wide whites don't add to the cars look.  If this were a custom built car, lowered the wheels and could make for a bad ass look.  It doesn't work well with this original design

I owned two 59 Pontiacs in my life and I'm sorry but nothing about this one works for me. There's just too much of that ugly incorrect color and those way too-wide whites gotta go. No 59 Pontiacs came with rocker mouldings and I can't help but wonder how much rust repair those "shorty" mouldings are covering. I see the car's getting some action on Ebay but I'd have to see that trunk floor with the mat pulled up before I submitted a bid.

First time I’ve seen one , bit garish, reminds me of a cross between a caddy or Buick Electra of similar date , prefer the understated looks of a Buick myself . , but my wife likes it , wonder what its  worth

Might be a good candidate for a more correct do-over with the condition of the top, bumpers & trim and that low mileage, but it depends on the amount of rust (if any). I just don't care for the colors that were used. However, 1959 Bonnevilles were much more attractive than the Catalina models.

Thank you for pointing that out, 55er.  Below are pictures for comparison from the web:

I like that tan Bonneville:  Flashy styling in a

seldom seen and conservative color.  So many

would be white or red.  Was this from some

stock image, or a car for sale?

John, this picture was from the web.  A search of the image, however, shows at least 12 sources using the same image from Flickr, c2cfrabrication.com (classic 2 current fabrication), Pinterest (GM's Pontiac brand is dead at the age of 84), Mac's Motor City Garage and several others.

I had never noticed this Ebay Seller before, but after your comment, I started to watch for his listings. Thanks for the recommendation, Peter S!

This car needs a lot of work. It is not a factory color, and who knows what  lurks under the chrome rocker panels? And the owner wants $27,000.00? 1959 Pontiac Catalina convertibles are not that common, but I don't know about this one.
