I was sitting at a red light, and quickly grabbed this pic before it changed and they took off. Just as I suspected, it looked badass when I saw it from the side, and now I want one. But I don't know what it is :/

Can anybody tell what kind of car I'm looking at with this limited view? Thanks in advance, lovely people!

Not all 4-doors were Fairlanes or Falcons, there were both Hardtop and Sedan versions of a 4-door Torinos.    The 429 CJ motor was available (both with and without Ram Air) on all of these 4-doors (including Fairlanes and Falcons).

"Available, maybe, but very unusual. Has anyone ever seen a Falcon/Fairlane 4-door with a factory 429?  I'm guessing most Falcons and Fairlanes came with the base 200 cu. inch 6 cylinder with the 302 Cu. inch V-8 coming in 2nd. Hardly a muscle car. And rust was very much a problem in the snow belt.
