I am helping my 83 year old Dad sell his ALL ORIGINAL "Classic 1973 Buick Electra 225" that he purchased from the original owner in 1974 with approx 8,000 miles on the car and owned it ever since! Since he retired he has only driven this car to golf outings and special occasions. The car only has 94,828 original miles on it. My Dad is a person that maintenance's all of his cars at the correct intervals. Everything he owns/owned/boats, cars, any gas running device he has been always maintained "Spot On"! Car is in "Mint Condition"!!! Dual exhaust with no leaks. With a nice light rumble to it with non original mufflers. Buick's 455 ALL original engine! Automatic transmission. New brakes and new tires approx. 8,000 miles ago. Has 6 way power seats, power steering, tilt steering, power brakes, power trunk release, power windows, and all works great. Only flaw is the air conditioner does not work. He has not had it checked out to see what the issue is. No one carries the correct freon to see if its low. Might be this easy of a fix. suchan
Clean car. I'm sure there's a good explanation why a photo shows the transmission in Park and the yellow needle on the speedo indicates 80 MPH.
ghostymosty
I think that is just the speed alert needle, the orange needle should be the actual speedometer indicator. Go past 80 and the car will let you know it!

Gearheadengineer
I missed this. Looks like a good one. That’s a lot of green but I love it. Back when you could get colors other than tan, gray, and black for your interior. Long time friend had one back in high school. Same year I think. Silver with vinyl landau top. 455. 8mpg. Loaded with power goodies. Great memories. Even at 16 it was hard to climb out of that back seat. But that may have been because there was a cop standing there at the time. Misspent youth and all that. Somebody got a good deal on this one!
