51John
Not much of the car to be seen. Can anyone identify the radiator cowl? I am thinking about 1930 production. Similar to, but not a Franklin.
Ray Garcia
The radiator is the giveaway. Without seeing the hood sides it is either a 1928 or 1929 Durant. 3

The photo looks to me as if it might have been taken in Australia. If so then the car may have been badged as a Rugby.

That would be Wagga Wagga NSW, AU. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wagga_Wagga
51John
Yes that is correct. We had a lot of imported American vehicles pre WW2. Many came incomplete. Body work was only from the fire wall and wind shield forward. The imported section would go to one of several local body builders. Example of a 39 Chevy with an Australian built body.
