Old radiator identification help??

Recommended Posts

Well, it has the Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler, DeSoto crest on it.  I checked my 1938 Plymouth Passenger Car Parts List catalog but core part numbers there run in the  6XXXXX to 7XXXXX range, so it could be later 30's early 40's?

Thanks much to all....so I'm gonna go with '36 dodge....

It may be later, like 1940 as I do not have a 1936 parts book.

Looks the same as the one in the 1948 Chrysler Windsor.

Can you give us the part number on your radiator?

I'm thinking it's mid-late 40s, my Chrysler parts book shows radiator core part number 947450 is for a 1942-1948 Plymouth.

Yep, I got the same thing.  Maybe early 1940s pickup?
