Nile
I happened to see an 87 Monte Carlo LS the other day, and being the kind of person I am, my reaction wasn't "Neat old Chevy", it was "Those headlights might fit a TC". I did a little research and the 1986-88 LS (not SS) Monte Carlo headlights look like they might be workable. Has anyone ever checked them out? Hemi Dude
It seems foolish to put Chevy headlamps in a TC. There are TC America club resources and members who can supply the real thing, maybe not as cheap as junkyard prices, but the lamp will fit properly and not depreciate the value and look of your TC. Turbo Kane
I could actually duplicate the lens’s but they would be plastic and not glass. Probably not worth the time and effort. I’ve also thought about vacuum forming some covers but haven’t got around to it.

Been giving it serious thought the last couple of years. I'd also put a protective film on them for UV and such, but that adds to the cost. I've also thought about doing a projector conversion, but I am not sure I'd like the look of projectors on a TC.
16v_guru
Or you can just buy brand new ones from me. I have them in stock, on the shelf ready to ship. They are brand new factory OE lights in their original Mopar boxes. -Rick Your Chrysler TC by Maserati Performance Specialist visit us online - www.rdiperformance.com
