Guest
Man, I really miss the era of these full-sized luxury cars. The BMW sized Cadillacs and truck bodied Lincolns don't possess anywhere near the same road presence.
JamesR
A good price for a clean car. I also like these types of big cars, now that I don't see them everywhere like I did in the '70's. This model in coupe configuration is very striking. The "Grand Marquis" on the trunk sure sticks out...you never see that font anymore.
B Jake Moran
I love it. Can probably purchase for $6000 or so. The 70s produced some nice looking cars. Color here is nice. 98,000 is not low miles. I would want to see receipts for suspension component replacement.
kingrudy
I love everything about this car, except the large bumpers. Beginning in '73 these bumper sure did detract from a nice looking car.
Steve_Mack_CT
These were everywhere in our neighborhood, almost as common as LTD & Chevy Kingswood wagons before the dawn of the minivan and SUV.
intimeold
I just read the owner's original ad, on Craigslist: In there he states the V-8 engine is a 360. Well there wasn't an option for the 360 engine in that car, in 1978. The engine options were 351M, 400, and 460. The 351M is basically the same as the 400 engine. Shorter stroke and different pistons. Ford used the 351M name after they dropped the Cleveland name. This engine bares no resemblance to the 351 Windsor engine. All of these engines are torque monsters; well suited to this size of car. intimeold

TAKerry
Great looking car, for the price I wouldnt mind making that a daily driver. Would need a plaid fedora and shorts pulled up to just below my chest though! Dont see many 2 door versions.
