Wills St. Claire had a goose for a hood ornament, but it's wings were spread.  Possibly  aftermarket .

Former owner liked primarily 1932 Fords and secondly 1940 Fords

I’m still laughing at the WSC reference... if you google that mascot you can see why.

 

It’s still a fun aftermarket ornament, probably post war with the use of plastic.
