dnd55
I am looking at a 1929 4 door sedan. The fuel gauge does not work . How hard is it to find parts?
alsancle
All fuel gauges can be fixed. Usually it is the sending unit. Is it a King Seeley type gauge which is fluid in a tube? Pain in the rear end but the can be made to work.

Aussie_610
nice 615. Those fluid in a tube things are a bugger to fix. most guys over here have gone electric. find a gauge that has a face that matches and work with it. I think the one in our 610 tourer was out of the 70s GM partsbin. Looks just right. the sedan runs a notched broomstick
