I would think Louisville would have a Delco repair station. If you are forced to ship it.... try Downtown Radio in Charlotte NC 800-537-0116, Southern Autotronics in Richmond VA 800-446-2880.I also have Queen City Radio in Cincinnati 800-543-0426 and IAE in Indianapolis at 800-748-0422.Call and get their address and a quote before shipping and let us know the price, and how they treated you.
