SOLD to George. Thank you.

Here is neat early windshield assembly that came on a 1910 Buick I recently bought but isn't appropriate for that kind of car. It probably dates from the mid-teens to early 1920s. This two piece windshield has solid, cast iron posts and both upper and lower sections swing out. It is in really nice condition and looks like it has automotive-type laminated glass installed. The glass is good just dirty. All the metal parts are good and I don't see any damage. It has four, nice early wing nuts to secure the frames and all the other hardware looks complete. It could be used as-is or easily restored or modified for a specific application. It even has old HCCA sticker on it!

Measurements: The cast iron posts are about 24" tall. The width of the posts tapers from about 2 1/4" on the bottom to less than 1" on the top. They are only about 1/2 inch thick. The overall width of the complete assembly is 39" including the posts. The top frame is 8 1/2" tall by 37"wide. The bottom frame is 8 1\4" tall on ends and 5" tall in the middle.

Price is 225.00 plus 75.00 shipping anywhere in the USA via FedEx Ground. I will pack it very well but glass is glass so there is no guarantee. Better yet, come and pick it up near Detroit.

Take a look at the photos. What you see is what you get.
