I'm seeking information/photos on Albert M. Barnes, who represented Dillon, Read & Company in 1925 when that NYC investment firm acquired Dodge Brothers Company. Barnes was in Detroit accepting title to the company while Clarence Dillon was in NYC writing that famous check for $146 million to the Dodge lawyers. I've had no luck at Dillon, Read & Co. Thanks!
