SMS in Oregon is the first that comes to mind if you want exact duplicates. Not inexpensive and sometimes takes forever.

A good streetrod interior shop can probably make you a very respectable set of panels but, again, may not be inexpensive.

What type 300 do you have? J, Sport, Pace Car? For a J or Pace Car, I think I'd want them as accurate as possible.

SMS will rebuild your original panels using original materials. They may be slow but at least they're expensive. The interior panels for my 67 Delta 88 took 18 months, which would not have bothered me if they had told me that up front instead of continually telling me "they're just going into work now" every time I called. Workmanship is phenomenal. If you just want custom panels, a local upholstery shop is your best bet.
