Thats a good example why cars used to be cool!  I knew about most of them, never seen the riviera clam shell headlamps in operation, that was pretty cool. Also the rear vent window on the eldorado was neat. I think t birds had a swing away column before the cougar though.

Great video. When I was a kid my parents had a Ford Country Squire with the 2 way tailgate and the fold flat seats, and it was that same blue interior color.
