Buick35
I don't have a key for it and the cylinder is messed up but my question is how to remove the cylinder and when working how dose it lock the door? Just curious. Thanks
pont35cpe
There is probably a small solid pin you have to drive out. It`s located on the steel shaft offset to one side, should be able to see each end. No key needed, drive the pin out, whole inside lock assembly, shaft and spring should pop out. Sometimes the inside shaft gets corroded to the main shaft and won`t come apart. You can mash on the key hole with your thumb, you should feel a small amount of end play, if you don`t detect some end play, little shaft may be froze up. Buick35
Thanks ,I'm sure it's frozen up but I'll see if I can find the pin.
