OLDTINPUSHER
Can't find any info on this odd plug. Is it complete? I see no Threads on it.
lump
Looks to me like the threaded part of the plug (which would have had the ground-electrode attached) has been broken or cut off. Can't see well enough in your photo of the bottom side of it, but that electrode in the bottom which is surrounded by porcelain sure makes it look that way. lump
I tried to zoom in and lighten the bottom area of the plug, but this is about all I can do with it. I would really look closely at that slight raised ridge around the hollow area in which the porcelain insulator is enclosed, and see if it might possibly show any evidence of having been sheared or cut off. Lostwrench1
That cookie looks delicious.
Craig Gillingham
I agree with Lump in that the bottom half of the plug is missing. I think this is an aero engine plug from the 20's. The rest of the plug looks to be NOS.

Craig Gillingham
Yes, similar to that one. This advert is from 1927 and is for the AE-6 plug.
