Walt G
There was an active Studebaker dealer in Havana Cuba pre WWII era. in the Automobile of Cuba's publication El Automovil de Cuba there was this advertisement in their February 1931 issue. Many of the covers of that magazine saw illustrations provided by the Studebaker Corp. of America - the club got a free picture for the cover that was excellent artwork and the Studebaker Corp. got free publicity and credit for the image. More odd stuff in my archives and food for thought about how cars were promoted and where in the pre WWII years.
