When I drove a Riverside Red '64 Corvette (made by Chevrolet) years ago, everyone knew the car was a Corvette. It was a pain to drive because EVERYONE wanted to race me. If I really wanted to race, I would have brought out my FAST car--- my untouched, stock, red '70 GS Stage 1.

So years later, now that I drive a '72 Electra 225, people think my Electra is a Cadillac. Even guys working in the service department of GM dealers have asked me "What year Cadillac is that?"

As long as there are Buicks, this will never end...

The 71-7* Electras were very similar in styling to the caddies...It had to be the rear end. I hope you corrected the service guys at the dealer! grin.gif

For further ignorance, check out eBay auction number 1875450396 . Look at the Wildcat windshield in the second picture. You can buy them books and buy them books, but all they do is eat the erasers. Matt.

Boy, is that stupid or what? Imagine, writing "Chevy" on an Oldsmobile windshield. You couldn't make up stuff this funny............
