Mark Huston
This picture was shared with me. The only information is the 1927 license plate. I don’t recall seeing previously this type of rumble seat lid. I have see the full opening lids and the style that has a small part opens forward and the rest of the lid opens backwards. Anyone know the make car in this picture?
Grandpa
A two section rumble seat lid is a big clue.
Grandpa
The 1927 Chrysler Imperial roadster (Locke body) had a two section rumble seat lid. However, the Chrysler Locke body lid was a different design with the front section attached to the body, rather than to the lid.
