Oil Consumption - Miles per Quart Were these real consumption rates?

My 69 Toronado's build date code is 12D. Christmas week December 1968. Christmas was on a Wednesday that year, so I figure it was a Monday or Friday build. Or god forbid a Tuesday or Thursday given the week.

 

That has explained a lot of the weirdness I've found on that car. But to its credit oil consumption has never been excessive, and in line with my other 455s. 

 

Then again engine was probably produced a couple weeks earlier.
