Hubcaps on a 1948 Buick

What other years do the hubcaps from a 1948 Buick fit? I know they go for at least 46-48. Have a someone asking if they fit on a 1940. Any insight would  be very much appreciated.

Hi Their, I know for a fact that they do not fit 1940 Buick. If you are looking for 1940 Hub caps BoBs automobilia  has very nice ones. 70.00 ea.

I picked up a set of original hub caps for my '40 Super a couple of years ago that are near perfect for $100 on ebay. I had a set of baby moons on the car and the hub caps were far down the list that I had to do on the car. It pays to be patient.

Let me qualify that, I believe that they are original. Most of the product today is made overseas and these do not hat the "made in china" stamp with the typical light weight stamped metal. I will get a couple of pics of them off the car and we can discuss this further.
