The 55er
I've been following this thread from the beginning since 1958 Oldsmobiles are one of my all time favorite cars. This one was marked SOLD twice to two different high bidders on Ebay but for whatever reason the title has never changed hands. This car was clearly bought by a flipper for resale and I certainly don't know what the circumstances are but if one investigates the seller's poor Ebay feedback from a prior vehicle sale it would be enough for me to avoid the car altogether and not bid on anything that this person's selling. It could well be the old "non-paying ghost bidder" syndrome but if the Olds is sold again and no buyer follows through for the third time I'm going to suspect that the car is being somewhat misrepresented.
6T-FinSeeker
The Buy-It-Now listing ended 7/5 as "SOLD!" for $29,000. There were 7 bidders for 29 bids. https://www.ebay.com/itm/154517164084/1958-Oldsmobile-88-Hardtop-SOLD-for-the-third-time
