Good question Andrew, I assume you're speaking of the members reputation number that use to be under their post numbers and the link in the top banner that took you to the community reputation.  Hopefully it is just a hiccup in the software.

It would have been nice to have an answer as to why they were removed, but having them back is the next best thing.

I had made some changes to the template that inadvertently changed things.  Took a bit too diagnose.
