B Jake Moran
1967 Cadillac Eldorado Project Classic Driver Project Restore Coupe... (craigslist.org) 1967 Cadillac Eldorado Coupe (The Rich Man's Sports Car). 429 ci, 340 hp, 480 lp-ft, 4 barrel, TH425 automatic. Has new tune-up (points, condenser, wires, cap, rotor, timed and dwelled), new S/S resonator, tailpipe. Has a newer starter and battery. Runs and drives great, tires like new (but has age). I would drive this car anywhere. The "patina" is great. This is one of two years for hide-away headlights and the first year for front wheel drive. Car has less than 81,000 miles and is basically all original. 17,930 Eldo's were built in '67. This one has been in Des Moines all it's life. Have all registrations from '68 to the mid 90's. Car has had less than 4,000 miles put on it since the late 90's when my friend bought it. Has (all factory): Power steering, power dual piston front disk brakes (rebuilt and newer), large finned rear drums, climate control (A/C needs charged but is converted), front windows are power (rear are manual), power front seat with center console, automatic hide-away headlights. "Major" needs: Front seat upholstery (frame, springs and padding are good), windshield has a crack (easy to find), tranny pan leaks (someone has way-over tightened the bolts) and some other 53 year old minor things.Hagerty Insurance rates this car between a #3 and #4 which is valued at $10,250. I'm asking $5500 or offer (cash only) for a quick sale. Title is in-hand. First-come, first served. Will not hold. Please call Mon-Thur after 5:30pm, Fri-Sun during the day or text anytime. If no answer, please leave a message and I'll call back when I can (I will not keep calling or pressure ya). Text anytime and I will return your text when not driving or not at work. NO GAMES PLEASE. Non-of this "can send a check now and send a driver later" BS. Serious inquires only.(515) 314-five-six-seven five. show contact info Tim.
