posting for the owner. 
 He did a great job of  building it about 25 years ago. He just put a new GM vortec engine in it. The car has 8K miles on it & the new engine about 200. Fortunately no damage to suspension or running gear, just  the grill & front fenders, the front bumper seems to have survived unscathed. It's totally drivable as is.  He will take 17K as it is.
