JamesR
Cool car. BTW, anyone know what shipping a really big car from Hawaii to the lower 48 might cost?

Fossil
Big old "North American road boat" like that should be able to make the trip no problem.

Good idea! BTW, I'm aware that shipping is included in the price, but I was just curious what the seller was going to have to pay to make that happen. Though it may not the absolute best price ever, 15K seems like a decent price for a nice '70 Olds convertible even if it wasn't being shipped across the ocean. Maybe he has a brother who owns a freighter.

Similar in some ways to our former 1970 Cadillac convertible - nice but just maybe not quite as elegant? Still, this 98 should be a dynamite cruiser, and $15K isn't a bad price IF the car is completely sound
Fossil
We had 70 Buick Electra. What a highway car. The problem was gas started getting so bad that it was hard to get it to shut off without dieseling. Had to retard the timing.
