The 55er
It says the interior was redone they forgot to do the carpets & kick panels. The rear bumper guards and Super Jet front fender emblems are missing and those incorrect 55 Pontiac taillights stick out like a sore thumb. 10K seems optimistic to me. suchan
I'm no Hudson expert, but I hope it came from the factory with better fitting panels. Rear seat legroom is pretty snug for a four-door. You'd think they'd chase the wiring while the motor and trans were out for rebuilding. Looks like a half-fast job on a low value car.
John_S_in_Penna
If anyone was around in the 1950's, it would be nice to hear what people thought of the Jet. I've read that its narrow and high stance hurt sales. To me, it's stodgy looking, though of course an interesting part of Hudson's history. 58L-Y8
One historian opined: "There was nothing wrong with the Hudson Jet...except it killed the company...: The usual situation, wrong car, wrong price, wrong time... Edited November 4, 2020 by 58L-Y8 wrong everything (see edit history)
Xander Wildeisen
Isn't the Hudson Italia just a fancy Jet?
