B Jake Moran
https://wausau.craigslist.org/cto/d/nelsonville-1971-lincoln-continental/7207417333.html Not mine but the recent Mark III post made me curious what was out there. This 1971 Lincoln Continental Mark III is a fine example of the ultimate personal luxury car of the era. Originally a South Dakota car, the body panels are extremely solid and wearing an older respray. The black cavalry twill vinyl top is original and in great condition. The interior has original black leather, plush carpeting, and real walnut wood accents throughout. This luxury cruiser is powered by a 365hp, 460ci V8 with a C6 3-speed automatic transmission. Mileage is showing at over 72k. Starts right up and drives like a Lincoln.Among the enhancements in the last several years are a new carburetor, heater core, muffler, chrome tailpipes, shock absorbers, whitewall tires, battery, fan shroud adjustment and installation, transmission fluid leak repair, new wheel bearings and seals, and exterior rear view mirror glass. Serious inquiries may be made to Doug at 715-572-3508. Thanks for your consideration.
58L-Y8
Anyone interested in a Mark III should give this one serious consideration. Its condition is exceptional for the price, these are not an inexpensive car to restore from a tired example.
