6T-FinSeeker
This car is missing the "Lincoln" script on the front fenders and the steering wheel. And a price adjustment...

B Jake Moran
Wow. Need the story though because price may not be bad. If the steering is removed for a repair. But then here we go again where a seller who has a $5 unlimited content ad wants to play games.
John_S_in_Penna
"Needs some work," the seller honestly admits. And I think the seat material is a 1980's velour, totally incorrect for a '54 Lincoln. So the price definitely isn't too low at $6500.

I wonder if such sellers realize that they put off as many potential buyers as they entice with their vagueness? I doubt that this particular seller would stoop too this level, but just imagine how PO'd a potential buyer would be if they actually had to go in person to see the car to find out that the engine is locked up. If a 66 year old Lincoln with a good, solid looking body is priced at $6500, I would think that a running engine would be too big a selling point to ignore...so I presume it doesn't run. Too bad I have to play detective to figure that out.
Guest
It's a pretty car except for the velour seat coverings.
