I think Whippet is the only car that I know of that had those two holes on the face of the hubcaps for a spanner to remove. 1926 will be a close guess.

By the slope of the fender, up until 28 on most makes the fenders followed the curve of the front wheel more closely.

Note it has 4-wheel brakes.  The Whippet was the first low-priced car to have four wheel brakes.

The decorative moldings around the windows and rear quarter look a lot like this 1930 Whippet.

The molding suggest to me it was a 1929 Nash Standard Six Series 420.

Agree, not likely a whippet. Wheels are different and I don’t recall seeing any trim around the cowl. I think 58L-Y8 has it with Nash.

Willys and Whippet had those caps. looks to be a 1931 given the ten spokes per wheel. Earlier cars had 12 spokes.
