Love the picture - I'm just playing around with the street address on Google and came up with possibly Odessa, Texas but that's just a W.A.G. but the area does seem to have a concentration of automotive businesses with some older buildings in the area.  The current building at the address is an 80's strip office complex

Well, you’re not too old or blind because I’m 20 years from retirement and when you said that I had to take off my reading glasses to see them through the magnifying glass. Or maybe I am getting old....

Emory Collins on the left. One of the all time great sprint car drivers from LeMars Iowa. IMCA sprint car champion 1930,46,47,48 and 1950  Second in 1939. 
 

On the right is Gus Schrader from Newhall,Iowa. IMCA Champion 1933-37 and 39-41. Scheduled to retire at the end of the 41 season but died in his final race at Shreveport, La
