Packard question .What model is this one ?

By any chance do you have a side view of this 1937 Packard 115?  The convertible top quarters look unusually long to be the factory-bodied convertible coupe, which were all classified as 2/4 passenger cars.   The body style number was  1089, convertible coupe with rumble seat. 

 In what country is this Packard located?  The taillights appear to be 1936 Chrysler units.
