I agree seems like a great deal.  Would be 10G on the east coast,  especially if they have that other fender and probably sold in a couple of hours.  I would get it running and drive it just like it is.

Keiser that's a whole lot closer to you than the rest of us.

Oops! I re-read the advertisement and realize it IS closer than I thought. I thought it was in Ohio.

I don't think that the oil filter is the best place for a ground strap.

Looks pretty crusty, but does say all parts are included,

You haven't seen crusty. Come to the Northeast.  Sometimes we just start with the remnants of a door handle and go from there because the rest is all rusted away. ;)

Well, I cant say that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting the NE.

Although that seems to be where all the older car stuff is.

I may have gotten lucky being born in the NW.

I dropped a note to the seller of this 36, no reply as of yet.

I sure don't need it but then again who knows. I asked if the engine was free, if it is then maybe.

The ad says its all there.

I hear all this good stuff about Hemmings ads, But they say right on them when you submit that Hemmings will have to approve the message,

I have made queries about a few cars on there lately only to be ignored.

Let’s all chip in and buy this truck for John Kieser. After all he has contributed to us, I think it would give all who are willing to chip in just as much pleasure as it would for John. If, it’s any good and John wants it. Jack M, your contribution could be to check it out and handle the transaction. I’ll commit to $350.00

John-

You are worth a hell of a lot more than the price of this truck. Your wealth of knowledge and generosity is absolutely amazing. I am grateful to have become friends with you and Cherrie over the years. It is always such a hoot when we get together.  You two are the best!

I am always impressed with the support everyone on this forum gives. That was an extra special move making that offer to John. It couldn't go to a better recipient.
