Isaiah
It is a 19 inch tire the rim has a split ring. It must of been on something pretty good size. 6 hole pattern the Tire is shot but the wheel I think would be usable !! it may wind up as wall art or yard art if someone needs it would sell or trade Edited July 27, 2020 by Isaiah (see edit history)
Dandy Dave
Doing a little research I believe it is a Dayton Wire wheel. A similar wheel was used on cars of the twenties like a Stutz. John_Mereness
I am leaning toward like a Huppmobile or a 1929 Franklin, but the hub may be for something a little earlier (ie may not be beefy enough for say a 1929 car) - the Dayton comment is a good starting point. Does not look like a Franklin style hubcap.
