LaSalle Hubcaps - What models?

These LaSalle Hubcaps have recently come into my possession.

Can anyone tell me what year and model LaSalle they are off. 

I have attached photos of the front and back for easier identification.

The top one is from a 1940 Lasalle. The center should be red and the letters black. 1939 were the same but the center was black and the letters were white. The bottom one is from a 1937 and 1938 Lasalle. The center should be red and the letters chrome.
