1969 Riviera window belt reveal removal

Hopefully someone can help although it's maybe a silly question but I'm stuck and don't want to break anything. According

to the Fisher Body manual chapter exterior moldings, the window belt reveal is one piece and attached with screws. I have lowered the window as described by removing the lover stop but now there are no screws to be seen that I could remove to get the molding off. Anyone an idea how that part can be removed ?

The screws have black heads and are countersunk into the felt so they are hard to see, but they should be there and be visible

if you have removed the window stops so the glass can go low into the door.The screws have phillips heads on them.

Yes like an Easter egg hunt you have to really look for them as they are often partially obscured by the felt.

Are you having the reveal moldings polished or replayed. I would be interested in seeing the end results.

Started that project about 4 years ago so you will have to bear with me a little while until 

I can show the end result 🙂

They are stainless steel and will polish nicely with a good buffing wheel and proper compounds !
