CarlLaFong
A bunch of non car types on FB are trying to identify this car. Some of the guesses are funny. A few insist it is a Morgan, obviously not

The car in question has squared lower corners of the windshield and the hood vents have corners more squared off than the Hudson.

Dave Mellor NJ
Bottom windshield corners seem to come to a point on the subject car, more like the Cad or LaSalle, The Hudson's are curved
Dave Mellor NJ
Also the Hudson has no Landaus. One thing about the Cad/LaSalle is that there's a thin painted body piece above the windshield, not on the subject car
nzcarnerd
If you look closely the mystery car has a cowl vent on the left side - in front of the steering wheel. I assume there is also one on the other side. There can't have been many makes used two cowl vents. Add that to five hood doors and fender mounted lights and the field must be quite small. I just haven't worked out what is in that field.
