Guest
Great video. The Oilite bearing segment is interesting. Thanks for the share!
MochetVelo
Looks like, early in the film, a Hupmobile Model 20 on the road and in a garage.
keithb7
A neat time in automotive history. The engineers must have had fun with all their new breakthrough ideas. An insatiable market bought up their creations. All those non-computerized jobs right here in North America. Some of the best looking cars ever made. Not necessarily the safest! LOL. America revolved around the car it seemed.
Fossil
I've seen this before and had to watch the whole thing again. Amazing what they spend on research.

I realized after I posted it that it was likely that it, and others like it, had probably been posted numerous times. Oh well, I had never seen it before. I found the reference to "super polishing" interesting. I'm glad that old stuff like this survived.
JamesR
First, crude tools...then the wheel...then Issac Newton...then the Chrysler automobile. 😄 You gotta love the old Lowell Thomas presentations. He had another one on big safari adventure vehicles, but I can't remember if they were Chrysler. Thanks for posting.
