'67 Grill

So, I tried giving this away in the past and nobody wanted it.

I'm about to toss it.

No cracks. It does have some chrome pits from road rock.

Last chance. You pick up or pay for shipping. (Ocala, Florida)

Thanks

I know, right?

We are a niche within a niche.

Cant give this stuff away.

Probably a hundred clams to ship after plywood crating. I don’t know how else to pack it.

I’ll go to Home Depot and see what s around....

The best & easiest way is bring it to the UPS store & have them box/crate it & insure it for a G note.

IF it arrives broken then you get paid.  Take pics of it while in their possession for proof.

I've had this happen to myself twice now. Both the consumer & I came out OK.

Just for the hey of it get me a quote for zip 06853.  I have a friend with a '67 & that grille looks much better than his. I WON'T sell it to him. Just for the cost of shipping.

Glad it found a new home Mr. Paul - it just looked much too nice to toss, from the pictures you posted.

I have saved bits 'n pieces, mostly small stuff, stored away from 2 '68 parts cars that are at best "driver quality,"  but I can't bear tossing them.

Soon as I do, I know I will need something - at least that's how I justify keeping them. haha

BUMP

Still up for grabs.

I just got a re-chrome quote today and is as follows:

"Paul,

Thank you for the inquiry and picture.  The grill runs in the $1500.00 to $2000.00 price range plus a 6% metals fee, sales tax and any return shipping.  We do ask for a 50% (Cash or check only) deposit in order to begin work on the job.  Turnaround time is approximately 10 to 12 weeks.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

Kind Regards,

Hmmmm and I wonder why restoring these cars is so unattractive. LOL My 66 grille was $800 6 years ago by a high end shop.
