Dynaflash8
You may have read or heard about the new AACA Sentimental Tour. This new AACA National Tour, set up for 1928-1958 vehicles, will beheld every other year, on the even-numbered year, and the first one, will be held in Northern Virginia and hosted by the Bull Run Region, October 24-29, 2004. There were two previous very successful"prototype" tours held in VA and KY to prove or disprove the desirability ofthis tour type. Each attracted cars from over 20 states. The TourChairperson is Patricia Paquette and she has a great team already formedto carry it through. I have been appointed as the Tour Director. Chairperson Paquette already has the draft schedule of eventsworked up and the team is ready to go into the next phase ofworking out the routes, meals, times, etc. And, as it turns out Bull Run Region has a great Web Site Guy, MikeJones (that's Virginia Mike Jones) who has put up a beautiful layout on the Bull Run Web page. If you want to review what is already being planned for this veryfirst National Sentimental Tour, go to that web site at:http://www.aaca.org/bullrun/ and click on the red "2004 SentimentalTour". There is great sound that some of you will also be able to enjoydepending on your computer capability. Earl Beauchamp

Dynaflash8
Wayne: Somebody is remanufacturing those wheels for 55-56 Chevy, ask Paul about it. I'm sure he and Bill L. have all of the original wheelsthat exist on the Northern Neck. Glad to hear from you too, Bruce, will look forward to your visit to Virginia. Be careful though. One of ourstate mottos is: "Virginia is for Lovers". Hey Wayne, yesterday Isaw a gorgeous 55-56 yellow and white Packard sedan, like Larry T.'s, there in Warsaw. It was at what I think is a brick church that is across from the oldBojangles Drive-in. Check it out and sign him up. If this coming snowturns out to be big, I sure hope W.A. has his tractor ready to go witha blade on it. Cheers to all! R W Burgess
And that from a man promoting "Virginia is for lovers".Me, I'm looking forward to a little snow. It keeps all the nutty drivers at home. That Packard owner is probably the preacher that owns all those Rolls Royces. Wayne

Dynaflash8
Bruce, I got your email tonight at my Florida address, but I can't respondfrom there when I'm in the Northern Neck. That address uses"Outlook Express", which is a lousy email system. It does't give meyour email address, only FM Bruce & Di Wheeler. Thanks for yourcomments, and "The HORN" looks great. Hope you're trading withole R W Burgess who does our newsletter since I retired from doing it.Send emails to me at the same nick, but @crosslink.net and I willalways receive and be able to reply no matter where I am at the time.
