Jim Bollman
A blonde pushes her BMW into a gas station. She tells the mechanic it just died. After he works on it for a few minutes, it is idling smoothly. She says, "What's the story?" He replies, "Just crap in the carburetor" She asks, "Really, and how often do I have to do that?"
bdc
Wife tells husband there's water in the carburetor. Husband: how do you know? Wife: I just know Husband: you don't even know what a carburetor is or where to find it. Wife: I swear there's water in the carburetor. Husband: ok I'll go check it out, where did you park it? Wife: in the lake...

jdome
You guys are over complicating things. You don't need to use a torque wrench either. You simply tighten the bolt down as tight as you can. You know its too tight if you hear a "crack", then back off a quarter turn. I thought everyone knew that.

OK - Soooo- You tighten the oil pan drain plug as tight as you can , preferrably with a Breaker-bar, plus a two-foot length of pipe as an extender, until it turns freely, and then, (after replacing the pan), do the same thing next time, but with only a One-Foot Long extender ??
