eyegatecp
Please help me identify this car from a 1910 family postcard. We think it is some kind of touring tonneau. We notice four headlights, a long running board that's separate from the front fender, and a swoosh in the back fender. Any thoughts are appreciated. Ariejan NL
The car is ca 1904 Adler with Victoria body (from Germany). This postcard belonged to a series of a touring trip which ended in misery of course. These series were popular and often sold in many countries, including America. The car is probably a rental vehicle, indicated by the number 11 on the side of the driver's seat.
