This is a new-old-stock, Delco-Remy vacuum starter switch. It is original equipment for all series of 1938 BUICK, and 1939 BUIICK, 60, 80, and 90 series. This mounts on the carb, and enables the starter to be engaged, when you step on the gas pedal.

 

This NOS vac. starter switch is complete with a copy of the original Delco-Remy set-up and adjustment instructions.
