It has a remarkable resemblance to a circa 1910 Otto . The same sort of rad setback that was a feature of Otto. Greg in Canada

1912Staver
I have always found this model to be the most attractive Staver . It's different from the Owl's Head car. Unfortunately no known survivors. It's not a race car, but it would have used the same 35 H.P, chassis as the factory racers. 1912Staver
Now that's a great photo! Nicest of all of the " small" { < 40 H.P. } American sports cars. Mind you I could have a 35 H.P. Staver roadster built from scratch cheaper than what a 35J sells for these days. She answered the door when we rang the bell. Then she sent us out to the "shop". WOW! Engines everywhere and the body of the "BOUNTY HUNTER" Mustang funny car sitting on the snow. We got to help Mr. Kalitta work on his funny car engine. We were amazed that we got to meet either one of them. We were 17 years old and it was in about 1969.
