Back in Califunny (thanks, Wayne Sheldon), now the county and state parks' parking lots are being closed because the Younger Generation flocked to them last weekend.

It's a bargain right now.

Cheapest I've seen is $2.59 for regular.

 

Calif has around 73 cents per gallon of taxes on a gallon of gas so it's always one of the states with the highest gas prices.

When we were there for the Fallbrook meet it was neat $5.00 per gal.

It was $1,869 @ COSTCO in Colorado Springs yesterday, and no lines.

PS the Denver COSTCO was $1.469 on 3/27/20 and no lines.
