keiser31
Without a better photo, I would guess about a 1931 Chevrolet with newer headlamps. Edited March 16, 2020 by keiser31 (see edit history)
Gunsmoke
I don't see any 1931 Chevrolet tell tale signs here. Opening in rad shell at top is dead flat/straight line (rather than slightly curved) and for Chevs, the vertical oval emblem projected a bit down into opening. I'm guessing it will take some sleuthing to figure this one out, later wheels, headlights likely later etc. Find a rad shell with a straight horizontal top opening and you'll be closer to the mark. The rad ornament also appears to be square or uniformly round, but not oblong like a 29-31 Chev. Headlights appear similar to 1932/33 era for some makes, like '32 Ford. The long straight downward sweep of front fender could be the best hint. I'm thinking a larger car.??
keiser31
Could be a 1929 Hupmobile....
