'Recently Completed Auburn-Fuller building on Wilshire Boulevard at Mariposa Avenue, one of E.L Cord's building projects here.' -- handwritten on verso. 'Auburn-Fuller building at Wilshire Boulevard and Mariposa Street, costing $500,000 with all home materials and equipments used, as specified by builder, E.L Cord.' -- Examiner clipping attached to verso, dated 2 April 1932. As early as 1936 Bohman & Schwartz produced fadeaway fenders of the tack-on variety on the car, making it one of the first known fadeaway fendered cars.
