The drivers side window appears to be for a Brunn Style Torpedo Phaeton body. The only image I have is from the ACD book page 284 for 1933. On a 1933 Duesenberg with a LaGrande body by Weymann. But the doors on the example in the book are rear hinged. Franklin Pursuit Phaeton had something similar.

 That is my guess.
